Two former Bengals have found new homes as Week 1 approaches. Wide receiver Brandon LaFell has joined the Raiders Cincinnati Bengals Hats , and quarterback Logan Woodside was added to the Titans’ practice squad.LaFell played for the Bengals for two seasons. He was a solid veteran addition in his first season as he had over 800 yards receiving and six touchdowns, but his production fell off last season. He barely eclipsed 500 yards receiving with only three touchdowns.He was cut early in August as it became more apparent that Tyler Boyd and John Ross were ready for bigger roles. He didn’t sign anywhere else for the rest of the preseason, but he will now be catching passes from Derek Carr after the team released Martavis Bryant during the final cut downs. LaFell will be entering his ninth season in the NFL.He joins a hefty group of former Bengals in Oakland.Woodside was among the Bengals’ seventh round pick from this season. After he was selected, many felt he was ultimately meant to land on the practice squad as an extra quarterback who could be activated in case of emergency. However, he was arrested on a DUI charge shortly after being drafted, which put his future in doubt. Woodside appeared in the Bengals’ final preseason game completing nine of his 15 passes for 96 yards.
